This is a classic example of fat atrophy. This guy reported in Dept of Plastic Surgery with complaints of hollowness in cheek. He had no significant history except for some nondocumented upper respiratory tract infections in the last one year. Unfortunately, patient didnt report in follow up but definitely a classic one.
