This 60 year old Maa ji, presented with a gradually increasing swelling over her left temporal area for last 20 years. She did not have any complaint except for swelling and occasional headache. We did a CT scan head to rule out any intracranial extension. Her cyst was removed under General anaesthesia and on biopsy was proven to be a dermoid cyst.
